Returns Policy

Items can be returned within 30 days of receipt of delivery. The return will be made just if the item that you acquired is received in their original condition (new, unused, no modifies, missing parts). Keep items in a clean indoor area in case you need to return them. National exchanges are sent by the standard ground service. The return rate is $ 5.95 in both cases and will be deducted from the amount of your refund.


In case of non-compliance, the client may obtain from ALLINSPORTSUSA.COM one of the following solutions:

  • Depending on availability we will send you an identical product than your order, you must wait around one or two weeks from the moment you send your return to receive your change request.
  • Reimbursement of the item’s price. This refund will be made in a fifteen days period after ALLINSPORTUSA.COM receives the item.
  • As soon your request is approved, you will receive a confirmation email indicating the amount will be paid in the next few days.

 

WHAT YOU MUST DO FOR RETURN

  • Pack the item that you’ll be returning and the purchase ticket securely. The returns will be processed within one - five days once the item is received.
  • When the item is received, ALLINSPORTUSA.COM will evaluate its condition, we do not return items if they are used or damaged and this makes it impossible for us to sell it again. If ALLINSPORTUSA.COM denies the return, we’ll send the item back to the client with any charge and the client cannot ask for any compensation or reimbursement, except if customer wants to apply to the item’s guarantee later.
  • Merchandise returned outside of these guidelines cannot be processed.
  • All decisions related to returns are subject to law. The store’s manager takes the final decision on returns.

 

WE CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS IN THE FOLLOWING CASES:

  • If an item sold as a set is not returned as a set.
  • DVDs, videos or books.
  • Signed objects: All sales are final to protect the integrity of the authenticity.
  • Personalized items, used or washed items.

 

HOW TO RETURN ITEMS

  • In the case of receiving a defective item, different from the purchased one, either in color and / or model size, you must contact us through our email
  • We do not refund the return shipping costs. If we made a mistake when sending, we will email you a coupon that you could use in a future purchase.
  • If you decide to return an item at your own cost the sender's address appears below. Keep any tracking number and bills.  We won't be responsible for any lost item on the road. We do not accept packages marked as "Invoice recipient".

Due to the intense nature of sports practice, all sport items, especially footwear and all kind of gloves, will experience normal wear and tear such as: loss of color, wear of its components, loose threads, small spaces between the sole and the top of the shoe, among others.

All items may need to be replaced due to normal wear and tear after a game season. Items could begin showing wear even in the first uses, this is a normal and expected thing, it is common and this is not an indication that an item is defect (labor or deficient materials).

Few items presents defect, genuine defects are most often revealed within 60 days after purchase and use. Item's price doesn't indicate its longevity, but the materials' quality and the technology used in its construction does.

We´ll honor the extended guarantees provided by the manufacturer. By the way shoes don’t have these guarantees.
